Road Traffic Accident Investigation
You could be a driver, passenger, cyclist or a pedestrian to be involved
in a Road Traffic Collision. All drivers must have insurance, and this
insurance will cover for injury claims. Even if a driver does not have
insurance, claims can still be recoverable through the Motor Insurance
Bureau (MIB).
Full and comprehensive witness statements can be taken from claimants
or defendants that will be the basis of proving liability.
These along with a report on the accident site will give the solicitor
the detail required to form the case. The site report will include:
i) An overview of the circumstances of the accident
ii) A computer generated sketch of the site
iii) Detailed measurements of roads and verges
iv) Final position of vehicles involved
v) Clear photog raphs of claimant and defendant views.
vi) Full analysis of the site
vii) Conclusion into the factual evidence.
