If you can say yes to the following 3 guidelines then you are on your way to making a successful claim.

1. Your claim (as a rule) must be within 3 years of the date of the accident.

2. Is someone else partly or wholly to blame for the accident?

3. Did you require medical attention from a GP or at a Hospital?
