On your request, and with as much detail as possible, we will arrange to visit the work place and obtain all the relevant documentation to help support the claim.

This will include:

i) Accident Book

ii) Risk Assessments

iii) Accident Reports

iv) Training Policy

v) Training File of Client

vi) Maintenance Records

vii) RIDDOR Reports

Using this information along with photographs, statements and a sketch plan of the accident site, a full bound report will be produced to help ascertain liability and the strength of the case.
